Discover the fascinating proccess of transforming cacao into chocolate, from bean to bar, in a equipped chocolate workshop. In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to create your own chocolate masterpieces, whether in the forms of bars, chocolates or truffles. Cancellation Terms and Conditions
Pending approval- You may cancel the order at no cost within 24 hours after purchase confirmation.
- Cancellations requested 15 or more calendar days before the service date receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellations requested 10–14 calendar days before the service date receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations requested 9 calendar days or fewer before the service date are non-refundable.
- Email cancellation requests to siglertours@macondodmc.com with the purchaser's name, confirmation code, activity, service date, and reason for cancellation. Your request is received when Macondo confirms receipt in writing.
- Changes to the participant, activity, date, or time are subject to availability and the applicable conditions.
For safety, weather, force majeure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, Macondo may adjust schedules, routes, meeting points, transportation, or other nonessential service details. If a change materially affects the service, Macondo will offer rescheduling, an alternative, or a refund for the affected service. Your non-waivable consumer rights remain unchanged.
