Cancellation Terms and Conditions
Pending approval- Colombian Rum, a Taste of The Colombian Coast — operates with a minimum of 10 participants. If this minimum is not reached, Macondo may offer to reschedule, provide a comparable alternative, or issue a full refund for the affected activity. You may accept or decline the alternative offered.
- You may cancel the order at no cost within 24 hours after purchase confirmation.
- Cancellations requested 15 or more calendar days before the service date receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellations requested 10–14 calendar days before the service date receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations requested 9 calendar days or fewer before the service date are non-refundable.
- Email cancellation requests to siglertours@macondodmc.com with the purchaser's name, confirmation code, activity, service date, and reason for cancellation. Your request is received when Macondo confirms receipt in writing.
