About this experience
Discover the fascinating proccess of transforming cacao into chocolate, from bean to bar, in a equipped chocolate workshop. In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to create your own chocolate masterpieces, whether in the forms of bars, chocolates or truffles. This interactive experiencie is a dream come true for chocolate lovers, offering a hands-on approach that celebrates Colombia’s rich chocolate tradition and provides a deeper understanding of the art and science behind it.
MINIMUM 10 PARTICIPANTS This experience requires a minimum number of participants to be confirmed. If the minimum is not met, a full refund will be issued to your credit card, following the timelines set by your financial institution.

- We recommend wearing comfortable clothes that can get dirty, as you'll be working directly with ingredients

This experience operates with a minimum of 10 participants. When you book, your spot is reserved and payment is taken right away.
If the minimum isn't reached for your date, we'll contact you before the tour and you can choose to:
- Move to another available date
- Switch to a similar experience
- Receive a full refund
Cancellation Terms and Conditions
Pending approval- Cacao Experience — operates with a minimum of 10 participants. If this minimum is not reached, Macondo may offer to reschedule, provide a comparable alternative, or issue a full refund for the affected activity. You may accept or decline the alternative offered.
- You may cancel the order at no cost within 24 hours after purchase confirmation.
- Cancellations requested 15 or more calendar days before the service date receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellations requested 10–14 calendar days before the service date receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations requested 9 calendar days or fewer before the service date are non-refundable.
- Email cancellation requests to siglertours@macondodmc.com with the purchaser's name, confirmation code, activity, service date, and reason for cancellation. Your request is received when Macondo confirms receipt in writing.
